17. Yaya Toure – Manchester City
It’s still astounding to think that Barcelona let Toure go, but their loss has been City’s gain and the Ivorian is undoubtedly one of the most dangerous midfielders in the Premier League. His ball winning, passing, tackling and shooting have all served City at various points, and you can guarantee that they would not have clinched the league title two seasons ago had it not been for him.
